[Ad - I have been gifted 2 tickets to pebblefestive]
I love a market, especially a festive one, so when I heard about pebblefestive which takes place on Saturday, November 30th at Flat Iron Square in London, I had to shout about it. This is the second pebblefest. The first one took place in April this year but this time around it has a festive Christmas theme. It is family friendly, there will be lots going on during the day including children's workshops such as Urban Growth who will be running a Christmas planting workshop and Oatly will have a vegan Ice cream van there too.
Pebblefestive is Pebble Magazine’s eco-festival, that's right people it is eco-friendly with over 30 stalls it is a conscious Christmas market with inspiring talks, free making and mending workshops and more festive surprises to be announced! It is a perfect place to grab all of those ethical Christmas goodies, encouraging us all to be a bit greener. There will be zero-waste Christmas decoration making, cooking demos and wrapping presents with Wrappicino.
They quote: "The antidote to Black Friday on 29 Nov, surely is Sustainable Saturday (30 Nov) - so come and celebrate the huge number of growing ethical brands at pebblefestive."
The festive market is supported by top brands such as Abel & Cole, Dopper, Too Good To Go, Freedom Brewery, Lush, Bagboard and a favourite of mine Lucy and Yak. See the full lineup here.
Some of the things you can enjoy are vegan and organic beer tasting with Freedom Brewery, delicious plant based hot chocolate and you can stock up on all of those zero-waste essentials. It sounds like the perfect place to learn more about sustainable living!
