#ExplorerKids - Round-up #47

Happy Valentine's Day and thank you again - to all of you who join in tagging #ExplorerKids on Instagram.

For those new to this page - I co-created the #ExplorerKids hashtag with Su from Ethan and Evelyn - we wanted a place where people could share pictures of their kids exploring and having adventures all over the world. Since we started this hashtag over 14,760 pictures have been tagged on Instagram!

Each Tuesday Su and I pick four favourites to feature so make sure you give @kippersandcurtains and @ethannevelyn a follow and we'll follow you back. All are welcome to join in - just use the hashtag on Instagram and we'll find your photos. It's also a great place to find other accounts to follow.

My four favourites this week are:

Top left: @chalkkidsblog - Everyone likes a good door! This was taken outside the Modern Art Gallery in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Top right: @campfiresandkids - The snow is almost all gone so life has returned to normal on the Southern Gulf Islands. We had a nice hike and fun exploring the tide pools and collecting beach glass on our Family Nature Club hike yesterday. Then because we love being outside we had a picnic at an Oceanside park, played in the playground for a couple of hours and then spent the rest of the afternoon cutting back the blackberry bushes that invade our garden every year. Wow it feels almost like spring!

Bottom left: @expat.adventures - Admiring the view and eating all the snow his hands could hold! Lucas has just gone to bed after an exciting day at Mount Rigi with friends and I can hear him telling Mama Teddy all about his day!

Bottom right: @explore_nature_hampshire - Wow, so many snowdrops - a sign that spring is on the way on Hampshire, UK.

Thank you all so much for allowing us to feature your pictures. All of these fab accounts deserve a follow!

Here is one of my own favourites from this week.

Enjoy the half term. We have a busy week of sleepovers, parties and a little surprise for Shannon's birthday coming up!
