Brightening your day with colours

I have often said that colours make me happy. Looking at bright colours really can help if you are feeling anxious. I tend to keep loads of my favourite photos on my phone so I can look at them whenever I need cheering up.
During these times I thought I would try and cheer people up by adding a colour a day to my social media feed. Following the colours of the rainbow - here are some of my favourites:
Red

Orange

Yellow

Green

Blue

Indigo

Violet
