#MySundayPhoto - Foraging


We have found a great spot - not too far from home - but along a little path which I have never been down before.

We discovered loads and loads of ramsons, also known as wild garlic, and picked ourselves an entire bag full.

The buds, flowers, leaves and stems can all be eaten and have a taste of spring onion. The smell through the woods is amazing.

We even had some for our dinner last night.
